Are you interested in working in the U.S.? Are you preparing for a work or internship opportunity but don’t know what to expect? Are you interested in continuing your academic journey in the U.S. as a researcher or scholar?

Then you won’t want to miss our upcoming workshop “Working in the U.S. Alumni Panel: What It’s Like and What to Expect,” which will be co-hosted by UCSB Career Services.

This workshop and panel event will provide international students with an overview of American workplaces, employer expectations, and tips for success. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to hear from our panel of UCSB international alumni as they share their real-life work experiences in fields such as:

  • Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM)

  • Humanities & Liberal Arts

  • Fulbright Scholar Program

The workshop will start off with a brief presentation with tips for success, our international student alumni panel, followed by a Q&A session open to all.
