If you are currently attending a U.S. high school, college, or university in F-1 or J-1 student status, you need to download the F-1 Transfer In Form or the J-1 Transfer In Form and have it signed by the international student advisor at your current school.

You will need UCSB's SEVIS School Code: LOS214F00959000

Once the form is complete, you will upload it to OISS with your financial documents to section B. Documents Required for Transfer In Students (Students transferring from another US Institution) of the International Student Portal. (You will not need to upload any documents to section A.)
