Premium H-1B Processing Suspended
On March 20, 2020, USCIS announced the immediate and temporary suspension of premium processing service for all Form I-129 and I-140 petitions until further notice due to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). More information here.

As of February 24, 2020, receipt of public benefits (such as CalFresh or housing assistance)  could adversely affect visa applications, admissibility, immigration status, or applications for permanent residence. More information here.
